Visiting Clermont Auvergne University (UCA)

Hosting international delegations is a significant priority for Clermont Auvergne University (UCA). For UCA, this involves developing new strategic international partnerships or strengthening previously existing ties. In this context, the International Relations and Francophonie Department (DRIF) of UCA has prepared a form to help you organize your visit in the best possible conditions.

International delegation visits are intended for academic and administrative staff from foreign higher education institutions, as well as government representatives, research institutes and other organizations wishing to meet with members of the university's presidency, faculty and staff. A delegation can consist of a single individual or a group of representatives, and its duration can vary from a few hours to several days. A number of factors will be taken into account, depending on the nature of the visit.

Only delegations requiring active participation from the International Relations and Francophonie Department are required to fill out this form.

To help us organize your arrival as efficiently as possible, we kindly ask you to read carefully, complete, and submit this form no later than (6) weeks before your planned arrival date. A member of the International Relations and Francophonie Department will make sure to contact you 1 to 2 weeks after your request.
Due to the high number of requests, it is possible that we may not be able to respond to all inquiries. We thank you for your understanding and interest.
