The Centre FLEURA (French as a Foreign Language and University Studies in the Auvergne Region) welcomes students and learners from around the world throughout the academic year, offering both full-time and part-time courses. Our courses help students discover French and deepen their knowledge of the language and French culture.

Our team


Our team is made up of 20 full-time, experienced teachers specialized in teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE), all passionate about sharing the French language and promoting cultural diversity. They implement teaching methods tailored to a wide range of student profiles to ensure an effective and engaging learning experience.

They are supported by 4 multilingual administrative staff members, who ensure the smooth running of the center, welcome students, and manage administrative services in several languages, facilitating communication and providing personalized support to our learners.

Complaints and appeals

Appeals concerning an admission refusal or a decision related to academic administration must be submitted through the dedicated online platform, available via the following link:

Appeal requests
Students registered at Centre FLEURA are strongly encouraged to contact the administrative office in the first instance to discuss their situation before submitting a formal appeal.

Upon receipt, your complaint will be registered and handled as quickly as possible by a designated staff member. They will ensure the confidentiality of the information provided and, where necessary, the anonymity of the individual.
